All personal coaching sessions are offered by phone only. We will start with a free initial assessment to clearly define your short and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. Organizational Consulting

Many times, an organization confronts issues that no single individual can work through alone. I can provide group coaching and consulting to help eliminate toxic work environments, low morale, or lack of motivation. I also specialize in assisting organizations in transition to achieve their goals and work together harmoniously. Packages are individually crafted to meet the specific needs of each organization.

Training

For all the issues that individuals can work on personally or organizations can work on collectively, I provide training to groups and conferences on these topics. As a professional trainer and public speaker, I can provide numerous programs to suit your needs. Crisis Response

The Desiderata Company is designed to provide high quality coaching, consulting, and training to individuals and groups in order to provide free crisis response services to individuals or groups in need. I'm currently attached to the largest crisis response teams covering the City of Chicago and the City of Los Angeles providing response services, but I can deploy to (and have deployed) domestically and internationally to areas and organizations effected by an incident. If you've had a workplace death, experienced a school shooting, or suffered due to natural disasters, contact me and I can assist your organization in recovery or refer appropriate resources.
